Yes. The typing test, lessons, exercises, typing race, and duel are free. An account is needed for badges and levels, the certificate, and progress tracking.

Yes. You earn XP and badges from tests, lessons, exercises, races, and duels, and you level up. All your achievements appear on the 'My Achievements' page and in your member panel.
๏ผCan I get a certificate?
Yes. You can create a printable achievement certificate with your best typing speed. It is for personal and motivational use and is not an official certificate.
๏ผWhat is a typing duel?
It is a one-on-one (1v1) typing showdown. Winning 2 of 3 rounds wins the match; members get an ELO rating and a duel ranking. If no opponent is found, you play against a bot.
๏ผWhich keyboard layout is supported?
The QWERTY layout is fully supported for lessons, tests, and races.
๏ผIs there a speed reading test?
Yes. There is a speed reading section that measures your reading speed (words per minute) and includes an RSVP accelerator and Schulte table tools.

Yes. With the free instructor/school panel you can create classes, assign work to students, and track their results and progress.

Yes. Teachers who log in as instructors can share lesson, typing test, exercise, and basic test pages to their Google Classroom classes as assignments with the 'Add to Google Classroom' button. No extra setup or app permission is required.

Yes. After the typing test, the result screen shows an error heat map (the letters you mistype most, darker = more often) and a finger speed analysis (which finger is slow, shown in color on two hand diagrams). Adaptive practice is suggested for the letters you struggle with.
